How to buy tickets online for tourism fees

Do you want to book your ticket on immediate basis and not find the way how to get it? For your easiness railways start their software called Tatkal Software for their customers. Below are steps how you can book ticket online using the Tatkal Software of railway.

Step 1: Register with IRCTC

Go to www.irctc.co.in and click Register at the top right. Enter all the data, accept the conditions, and send. You will need it to verify your account.

 Step 2: Check your account

You will get an email with your username and password. Before verifying your account, in addition to Rs. 100, you must pay the tax that IRCTC charges if you use a different number. To do this, go to the IRCTC website and log in with your username and password. A slightly strange page is displayed. Click on multiple payment services, select your credit and debit card, and click on Make Payment. Now you have a lifetime payment screen so you can pay your 118 rupees.
Once paid, you can verify your account. To do this, they send an OTP code to your mobile phone and email address and ask when logging in again. Once verified, you will be capable of buying tickets online without any problems.

 Step 3: Book a ticket

Click on the train and then click on the Foreign Tourist Reserve. A window appears warning you that you are booking a tourism fee. Select a train and class, and then click Check availability and prices.
If the seats are vacant, you will need to check each class for each train. If the completed train is not listed, everything will be more comfortable, but it will not waste time, and this is not India.
Once you have selected the train and class you want, click Book Now. You are now prompted for a username and password to continue. From here, it is the normal booking process.

Different ways to Buy train ticket in India online

Option 1 | Book through IRCTC

In the web of IRCTC, you can book as a resident in India or foreign tourists. If you book as a resident through your website, you need an Indian telephone number and an Indian credit card.

The other possibility offered by the IRCTC website is to book tourist quota tickets using a different telephone number and any credit or debit card. You can book up to 6 tickets per month per person, for a maximum of 6 people.

The main benefit is that you can book tickets from your home 365 days in advance. The biggest drawback (in addition to the tourist quota's disadvantages) is that you have to pay 100 rupees plus taxes for using a foreign telephone, in addition to a fee of 200 rupees that they take out of the sleeve.

The few situations in which a full refund of a Tatkal ticket is permitted are:

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) offer a ticket service that allows passengers to book tickets only one day before travel. Tatkal tickets can be booked online from the IRCTC website. All classes are allowed to book through Tatkal tickets except the first air conditioning class and executive class. Tatkal reservations start at 10 am for AC class and 11 am for non-AC class one day before the actual date of travel.

If you cancel your Tatkal ticket and it is confirmed, no refund will be given. However, on Indian Railways, a full refund will be given for cancellation of a tatkal ticket in some circumstances.

1) When the departure point is different from the boarding point of the passenger, and the train is delayed more than 3 hours at the departure point of the passenger, not at the boarding point.

2) The train must travel on a deviated route, and passengers are not willing to travel.

3) The train needs to go on a detour route and the boarding station or destination or both stations are not on the detour route.

4) Leaving a coach who has been assigned Tatkal accommodation and the passenger has not received accommodation of the same class.

5) Passengers are accommodated on lower class and do not want to travel. If the passenger travels in a lower class, the fare difference, and, if applicable, the difference in the tutoring fee will also be refunded.

6) If the tatkal ticket is on hold, the amount will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded to the customer. Partial cancellation of tatkal electronic tickets is allowed.

7) Also, if the train is cancelled due to an accident or flood, the ticket will be fully refunded if the ticket is cancelled within three days from the scheduled departure date.
