Modi Told Everyone to Stay Fit on This National Sports Day

PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday commended sportspersons on National Sports Day, and said that this year has been incredible for Indian games as nation's competitors have exceeded expectations in different tournaments, incorporating into the progressing Asian Games and the Commonwealth Games. 

He likewise requested that individuals  need to have games and wellness related exercises, saying it will contribute towards a more advantageous India. 

"I salute each one of the individuals who have spoken to India in different sports occasions. Their hardwork and resolve has prompted a few points of reference. This year has been extraordinary for our brandishing club, with the Indian competitors exceeding expectations in different competitions including the Asian Games 2018 and CWG," Mr. Modi tweeted. 

He paid tributes to hockey legend Dhyan Chand, whose birth commemoration is honored as the National Sports Day.

Modi's wellness video 


In June, Mr. Modi posted his wellness video on Twitter which indicates him contemplating, strolling on a track enlivened by five components of nature, and doing yoga works out.
